Land Screening
LiveDraw a polygon. Ten public data sources are called in parallel — grid, terrain, water, soil, land cover, ownership, access, hazard — and you get a scored verdict with every input traceable.
The problem.
A bankable site report costs ₹2–5 lakh and takes four to eight weeks.
That is fine when you are looking at three sites. It is impossible when the question is which three, out of four and a half million parcels.
So we run the cheap, computable checks across everything first. A human gets in a car only after that. The expensive report still gets written — about the right site.
What it does.
Funnel a state to a shortlist
Districts, then substations, then parcels — counts recomputing as you tighten. Dry-run before commit, undo a bad batch.
- ~105 districts across three states
- 1,730 KA and 873 MH substations, 323 at ≥220 kV
- 4.49M KA survey parcels
Ten sources, one verdict
Polygon or pin, up to 150 acres. Twelve to fifteen cards plus excellent / good / moderate / poor, every input traceable.
- Grid: kV class, installed MVA, evacuation MW
- Terrain: slope, flatness, directional slope
- Water: 20-yr rainfall, GloFAS, surface water
Two rulebooks
The same site judged for solar yield or for data-centre suitability. Data-centre mode runs 17 auditable knockouts.
- Seismic zone, CRZ, coastline
- Airport obstacle-limitation surfaces
- Groundwater, guidance values, encumbrance
Pipeline and field work
A shortlisted site moves through a role-based pipeline with a full audit trail. Surveyors work offline on mobile.
- Land → technical → legal → admin → approved
- Every state change attributed and timestamped
- 6-page assessment and 7-page thesis PDFs
Under the hood.
Public data, called live. Every card cites its source and date.
